Simulation Laboratory

TCPsi has an extensive experience in simulation activities, proven by its participation in projects at european level for ESA, EADS ASTRIUM UK, Thales Alenia Space France, and INDRA.

Extensive experience has been obtained in modelling and simulation over MatLab/Simulink, from supporting SW testing to simulating controllers and plant models for many systems.

Focused on providing early validation of models, subsystems or systems, our capacities in HIL cover the whole spectrum of simulation phase:

• Simulation of isolated SW subsystems and/or systems

• Simulation of SW third-party components

• Simulation with prototype or final hardware components (HIL, Hardware-in-the-loop)

• Simulation with user interfaces and real users (human-in-the-loop)

This laboratory also supports the activities carried out in other more specific laboratories (UAVLab, UGVLab).

TCPsi is currently an official integrator of OPAL-RT solutions for early validation and simulation activities. This relationship strengthens our capacity for real-time simulation and accelerated simulation by providing a powerful tool for rapid development of critical test SW.
